Our mission is to provide our students with an outstanding athletic program. Gymnastics training builds a strong foundation for all sports. Mentally, gymnastics promotes confidence, concentration, discipline, and hard work. The physical attributes include; flexibility, strength, balance, kinesthetic awareness, and coordination. The benefits go beyond sport and last a lifetime.
Aspen Gymnastics is located in the City of Aspen's Red Brick Gym. The gym is located on 110 East Hallam Street in Aspen's west end.
In normal circumstances, we offer a full range of classes designed for students of all abilities and ages. Including; toddlers, youth recreational, "big air" ski and snowboard training, adult, cross training, and boys and girls competitive team. Many classes are on hold secondary to the COVID-19 restrictions.
Since our inception in 1994, the Aspen Gymnastics Team has produced several Junior Olympic State Champions, Regional and National qualifiers, with three alumni going on to compete for NCAA division 1 programs, two on full athletic scholarship.
